The award has two knowledge outcomes:

Knowledge of the current legislation relating to the sale of age-restricted goods and services, including gambling
Knowledge of how to prevent unlawful sales of age-restricted products and services

This qualification is aimed at learners working in gambling locations and who may find themselves confronted by under age customers. It is particularly suited to front line staff in:

Betting shops
Racecourse betting
Casinos
Bingo halls
Adult gaming centres
Lottery operators
Football pools
Greyhound betting
The qualification is suitable for staff working in England or Wales.
