Description

The aim of this course is to provide a solid grounding for anyone engaging in Under Age Sales enforcement practice. The course will enable participants to confidently advise businesses on age restrictions, understand appropriate statutory defences and participate in Under Age Sales enforcement activity. It is ideal for anyone new to this activity, engaged through partnerships or simply wanting a refresher with the latest changes in law and practice (including the BRDO Code of Practice). The course carries CPPD Allocation for 5 hours.
