NEW WORDING: From 17th August 2015, the Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015 changed the wording for the notice to that shown above. Any old notices (which referred to ‘adult fireworks or sparklers’) must be removed and replaced.
Recognised by the Police and Trading Standards. The Fireworks Regulations 2004 require a notice to be displayed in a prominent position in premises selling fireworks and it has to be no less than 400mm by 300mm, with letters no less than 16mm high. This notice ticks all the boxes!!
