1. Access to and use of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use. In these Terms of Use, we, us and our means Age Check Certification Services Ltd, the operator of this Website.
2. Use of the Website includes, but is not limited to, accessing, browsing, or using the Website.
3. If you use any part of the Website, that use is considered your acceptance of these Terms of Use. That acceptance applies from the date on which you first access the Website. You must stop using the Website straight away if you do not agree with these Terms of Use.

5. If you would like to purchase goods that we provide through the Website, you must read and accept our Terms and Conditions before you do so.

Your use of the Website

19. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

34. The Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
